How to install on FireTV devices

Here’s how you set up your FireTV Stick or Cube for the show.

1. Select the Find icon

Power on your Fire TV and select the Find icon.

2. Search for “IMAGIEN”

Make sure you get the spelling right: I before E.

3. Install the app

Select Install. When the app is installed, open it and follow the instructions on screen.

  • Double check that you spelled the name of the app “IMAGIEN”. If you still can’t find or install the app, your box may not support the app.

    Here are some things you can try:
     

    1. Use another set-top box or stick
      If you have another device connected to your TV, you can use that instead. We support Apple TV, Fire TV, Google TV, and boxes based on Android TV.
       

    2. Use your smart TV directly
      If you have a smart TV where you can install apps, you can install the app on your TV directly. See instructions for your TV brand.
       

    3. Watch in another home
      You can use your ticket code to watch the show on a friend’s TV if you like.


    If nothing else works you can request a refund.
