Connect the apps

The IMAGIEN Parallel! show starts with connecting your TV to your phone.

You can connect three devices in total. All devices need to download and install the IMAGIEN app.

You need a phone or tablet, and a smart TV, streaming device or set-up box that supports the IMAGIEN app. Please visit our TV Setup Guide to check if your devices are supported.
The short answer is, if you can find and install the IMAGIEN app to your TV or an external device connected to your TV, you can watch the show. Please visit our TV Setup Guide to find out more.
If you can find and install the IMAGIEN app on your device you can use it. Please visit our TV Set-up Guide to see if your devices are supported

Make sure you spell “IMAGIEN” correctly when searching for the apps. You can also use the direct links to app stores provided on this page or in your ticket email

Download the IMAGIEN app to your phone or tablet

You can install the app on iPhone, iPad and Android phones and tablets.

Click on the links above, or open the App Store (on iPhone/iPad) or Google Play Store (on Android).
Search for "IMAGIEN". Check your spelling, "I" before "E".

Enter the ticket code that you received in your ticket email
Complete the setup guide in the app.
You will need to connect your smart TV or external device.
