How to install on Samsung TVs

The IMAGIEN app is not yet supported on Samsung TVs. Here are some things you can try to watch the show anyway.

  1. Use a connected set-top box or a stick
    If you have a device connected to your TV like a set-top box or stick, you can use that instead. We support Apple TV, Fire TV, Google TV, and boxes based on Android TV.

     

  2. Watch on another TV or in another home
    You can use your ticket code to watch the show on a friend’s TV if you like.


If nothing else works you can request a refund.
