Troubleshoot problems with finding or downloading the IMAGIEN app

Can't find the app on your TV or streaming device?

  1. Check our Supported Devices to confirm that the IMAGIEN app is available on your device.

  2. Try an external streaming device like a Chromecast, Fire stick or Apple TV.

    If you have a stick, cube or set-top box connected to your TV there is a good chance you can install the IMAGIEN app on that device.

  3. Still no luck? Watch at a friend's place or gift your ticket to a friend.

    If you're unable to find or install the IMAGIEN app on your TV or other devices, it may not be supported.

    You're welcome to use your ticket at a friend's house, or gift it to someone with a supported device.

  4. No other options? Initiate a refund.

    We are committed to offering a great show experience to all of our customers and if we do not currently support your device, we'll gladly issue a refund within 30 days of your purchase.

    Just follow the instructions for requesting a refund and refund will be issued within 7-10 business days.

    We're actively working to make our shows globally accessible on devices worldwide, so we hope to offer you a Parallel! experience in the near future.
