Try an external streaming device like a Chromecast, Fire stick or Apple TV.
If you have a stick, cube or set-top box connected to your TV there is a good chance you can install the IMAGIEN app on that device.
Still no luck? Watch at a friend's place or gift your ticket to a friend.
If you're unable to find or install the IMAGIEN app on your TV or other devices, it may not be supported.
You're welcome to use your ticket at a friend's house, or gift it to someone with a supported device.
No other options? Initiate a refund.
We are committed to offering a great show experience to all of our customers and if we do not currently support your device, we'll gladly issue a refund within 30 days of your purchase.
Just follow the instructions for requesting a refund and refund will be issued within 7-10 business days.
