You’re Covered If:
A tech glitch stops you from experiencing your show, and support can’t fix it
You bought a ticket by accident or changed your mind before starting the show - tell us within 30 days & don’t hit play
Your device isn't supported, check out our supported devices
No Refunds If:
You change your mind after hitting play
You don’t like the show
You wait longer than 30 days to request a refund
Need a Refund?
To submit a refund request, click the icon in the bottom right corner, click 'request a refund' under Create a Ticket and complete the form.
You will receive a confirmation with a support ticket tracking number and should receive your refund within 7-10 business days.
