Have a ticket to a show?

Trying to buy a ticket, or have a voucher? Here's how it's done.

Buying a ticket

Looking for a show? IMAGIEN Parallel! shows are presented by one of the show partners we work with.

So check if an IMAGIEN Parallel! event is available for your favourite show.

After buying a ticket you will receive a ticket email and instructions for setup.

Payment methods

All payments are done with secure payment provider Stripe.

We accept payment by credit cards,

Apple Pay, Google pay, Paypal and more local payment methods.

Have a Gift ticket?

If you received a free gift ticket voucher you need to redeem the voucher to a personal ticket. Just visit the show's eventpage and click on "I have a Gift ticket".

After that you will receive a ticket email with setup information.

Purchasing extended ticket or All Access Pass

Some shows have extra material that's accessible by adding an All Access Pass to your ticket. You can do this whenever you like, on initial ticket purchase or afterwards. Just visit the show event page.

Your ticket email & receipt

Your ticket email has all the info you need on the show. There you will find your receipt together with instructions on how to get started.

The easiest way to invite your friends to a show is to purchase a ticket and register their email adress. The ticket will be sent directly to them.
