If you're using a voucher for a show, follow these instructions to receive your ticket.
Before we get started, let's confirm that you've got a voucher (vs. a promo code). A voucher code consists of 16 characters and looks like this: ABCD-EFGH-IJKL-MNOP
You can navigate to the voucher page through the event page for your show.
On the event page for your show, look for the "Redeem Voucher" link at very bottom of the page
Enter your 16 digit voucher code and contact information
Your ticket to the show will be sent to the email address provided here
Then click "Redeem Voucher" at the bottom of the page
You should receive your ticket in the inbox of the email address provided.
Give us a minute, emails can take up to 5 minutes to land in your inbox.
Then follow the steps to activate your ticket and set-up your devices.
