Activate your ticket to start the show

Enter the code from your ticket email into the app to access the show

After you complete your purchase, you should receive an email with a ticket code which is the key to activating your show experience.

1. Download the IMAGIEN app on your smart phone

You can find the app in your app store,or by clicking the links in your ticket email.


2. Click "Get Started" on the app home screen

Once you have downloaded and opened the apps, click the "Get started button."


3. Enter the ticket code from your ticket email

Copy and paste, or manually enter the 9 digit ticket code from your ticket email.


4. Download the app on your smart TV or streaming device

Follow the instructions in the app to download your TV app, connect your phone to the TV and add a third device if you so choose.


5. Then start the show!

Grab your snacks and start the show! Once you click start, you have 30 seconds to pause before the show begins, and then it will run as if live.


Can't find your ticket email? Try these steps:

  1. Confirm the purchase went through and payment was processed.

  2. Wait 5 mins - sometimes emails take a bit to arrive.

  3. Check your spam or junk folder.

  4. Still can't find it?
