Troubleshooting problems with sound or video quality during the show

Having issues with your show experience? First, give us a minute.

Wait 1-3 minutes to give the app a chance to self-correct.

Then, restart the app.

If the problem persists, logout of the apps and restart the app on all devices. Then login again using your ticket code.

Check your Internet Connection.

Check your Wifi internet download speed. You can test your speed on speedcheck.org.

  • Speed Requirements: For the best experience you should have a wifi speed above 35 Mbps.

  • Connection Type:

    • Wired Ethernet is best for stability. Ensure that all cables are secure and your TV or external device is connected.

    • Wi-Fi 6 or 5 GHz Wi-Fi is recommended for wireless.

Check your Home Network Setup

  • Router: A high-speed router with dual-band (2.4 GHz & 5 GHz) or Wi-Fi 6 support.

  • Bandwidth Management: If multiple people are using the network, ensure enough bandwidth for streaming and other activities.

  • Latency & Jitter: Keep ping under 30ms for smooth playback.
