What to do if you don't receive a ticket email

Can't find your ticket email?

If you purchased your ticket on our event page, try these steps:

  1. Confirm the purchase went through and payment was processed.

    Check your bank statement to confirm you were successfully charged for the ticket and the purchase went through.

  2. Wait 5 mins - sometimes emails take a few minutes to arrive.

    It can take up to 5 minutes to receive the ticket email depending on your email service provider.

  3. Check your spam or junk folder.

    If you still haven't received your ticket email, please check your spam or junk folder, as it may have ended up there.
