What You Need to Access a Show in Parallel!
🎟 1. A Ticket for a Show
Purchase a ticket on the event page for the show you'd like to experience in Parallel!, then check your email for your ticket and app download links.
📲 2. The IMAGIEN App
Install it on 1-2 mobile phones or tablets and your Smart TV or streaming device. Check out our Device Setup Guide for detailed instructions and make sure you have a supported device. Then enter the ticket code from your ticket email to access the show.
🔗 3. Synced Devices
Open the app on your TV, scan the QR code with your phone, and you're linked!
📲 4. An (Optional) Additional Device
Want an extra screen? Just download the app on another phone or tablet and follow the steps to connect. You can connect up to 3 devices per ticket, including your TV.
