Device Setup Guide

Follow the steps below to set-up your devices for the show experience.

  1. Download the IMAGIEN app on your smart phone

    Search for the IMAGIEN app in your smart phone's app store, or click the links at the bottom your ticket email that take your directly to the app download.


  2. Enter the ticket code from your ticket email in the app

    Once you've downloaded the app to your mobile device, you'll need to enter the code from your ticket email to move forward with connecting your TV or streaming device and starting the show.

    After you enter the ticket code, you'll see instructions for downloading the app to your Smart TV and connecting your devices.


  3. Install the app on your smart TV

    Follow the instructions in the phone app to download the app to your Smart TV or streaming device connected to your TV (e.g., Chromecast, Firestick or Apple TV).

    Search for "IMAGIEN" in your TV's app store. Remember to check the spelling, I before E.

    If you have any difficulty finding the app in your TV's app store, confirm that your home setup has a supported device or troubleshoot through the Can't find TV App support article.


  4. Connect your TV with your smart phone by scanning the QR code.

    A QR code should appear on your TV as soon as you download and open the app, use your phone app to scan the QR code to connect your TV to the show.


  5. Add an optional third hand-held device (mobile phone or tablet) to the experience.

    Download the app to a third device, add the ticket code and connect to the shared experience.

  6. Grab your snacks and click play!

    Enjoy the show!
