GDPR Data Access Request & Right to Be Forgotten

Updated this week

We believe your data should always be in your control. Whether you want to take a peek at what we've got on file or wipe the slate clean, we've got you covered.

Request a Copy of Your Data

Want to see what data we have about you? No problem! Just send us a request and we'll provide you with a copy of your personal data in line with GDPR regulations.

How to Request Your Data:

  1. Email us at [email protected] with the subject: "GDPR Data Request"

  2. Include the first name, last name and email address associated with your account so we can locate your data.

  3. We may need to verify your identity to keep your data safe. We'll send you a copy of your data within 30 days (or let you know if we need more time).

Request to Delete Your Data

If you want to say goodbye to your data (we'll miss you!), you can request deletion. Once processed, this means we'll erase your personal information with the exception of anything we are legally required to maintain a record of (like for tax or fraud prevention reasons).

How to Delete Your Data:

  1. Email us at [email protected] with the subject: "GDPR Data Deletion Request."

  2. Include the first name, last name and email address linked to your account so we can find your data.

  3. We may need to verify your identity before processing the request.

  4. We'll confirm when your data has been deleted (or let you know if something needs to stay for legal reasons).

Heads up! Once deleted, this action can't be undone and you'll lose access to any valid ticket or future news of upcoming experiences.
