Device low on battery or want to swap to another phone or tablet?
You can change devices during the show by using the device manager in the mobile phone app.
Find the device manager and change connected devices by:
1. Clicking on the map in the mobile app
2. Clicking on the settings icon (it looks like a gear βοΈ) in the top left corner
3. Click "manage devices" at the bottom of the screen
4. Click on the icons under each connected device displayed to change, disconnect or add a new device
If you run into any problems, you can always log out of all devices and login again with your ticket code.
You can connect 3 devices to a ticket, this includes your TV or an external streaming device connected to your TV.
If you already have 3 connected devices, you will need to remove one of the devices currently connected to the show to add another one.
